PRICES
You will receive all your purchases with their corresponding official invoices.
Please, take note that the prices do not include shipping costs. (for further information check our “shipping costs” area).
Some payment methods have additional costs (for instance, if you choose to pay at the arrival, it will cost 3,00 Euros more, but that method of payment is only valid for buyers from inside Spain).
STOCK AND AVAILABILITY:
Please, take note about the items stock before buying. You can see that information in every item details. If you are interested on an item without stock in our website, please contact us and we will inform you about its availability and the time we need in order to attend your order.
Your purchase will be confirmed only after pressing “BUY”. Please, take note that if you delay the confirmation of your purchase, it may not be available later (even if you have already introduce the items in your cart).
SHIPPING COSTS
Prices you can see in every item DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING COSTS. Here you can see all the information about that:
- For purchases from inside Spain: 3,00 Euros for every purchase (you can order one or more items in every purchase and the shipping cost will be only 3,00 Euros).
- For purchases from outside Spain:
- If you are in Europe: 5,00 Euros for every purchase (you can order one or more items in every purchase and the shipping cost will be only 5,00 Euros).
- If you are in U. S. A. or Canada: 7,00 Euros for every purchase (you can order one or more items in every purchase and the shipping cost will be only 7,00 Euros).
- For purchases from other countries in the world, please contact us before buying in order to know the shipping costs. Thank you.
PAYMENT METHODS:
You can choose from several ways of payment:
- Bank transfer: Once you finish your purchase, please select that option and click on “buy” in order to see our bank details to make the payment. You must check your personal details and we will send you your order to the correct address given to us. You will receive an email from us where you can see your purchase in detail.
- PayPal: That is an immediate payment. Once you finish your purchase, please select that option and make the payment to our PayPal account. As soon as we have your payment, we will send you your order and you will receive an email from us where you can see your purchase in detail.
- To pay at the arrival: Once you finish your purchase and choose that option, we will send you your order and you will have to pay it at its arrival. Please, remember that “to pay at the arrival” has an additional cost you must pay to the post (the additional costs used to be about 3,00 Euros) and it is only possible to use that system if you are a buyer from inside Spain.
SHIPPING
We make all shipping through registered package.
If you need us to use another shipping system, please contact us and we will check costs and possibilities.
La Mina de Plata accepts no responsibility for shipping errors related to incorrect shipping adresses.
REFUNDS AND RETURNED ITEMS:
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
Upon receiving your item, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, PLEASE contact us immediately. You may return the item within 7 days from the date you received it. In order to accept a returned item it has to follow these requirements:
- The item will have to be returned to us in a perfect way and in its original package.
- We have to receive the item within the 7 days after you informed us you had the intention to return it. If we receive the returned item very late, La mina de Plata may not accept the returned item.
- You must send a copy of the original invoice with the returned item.
Once we have received the item and checked that everything is in order, we will refund the total amount you paid or we will send you another item (it depends on our earlier agreement).
We do not refund shipping costs.
If the returned item is not received in a perfect way or if it is damaged, worn, etc... La Mina de Plata may not refund the total amount you paid.
FAULTY ITEMS:
If you received a faulty item, La Mina de Plata will payyouall the costs to send you a new one (exactly the same product) or the total amount you paid for that. You must notify a faulty item within 7 days from the invoice date.
